Job Description

In November 2020, we completely migrated a b2b site of 500,000 lines of code from a Perl to Python technology stack. We’re ready for a second full-stack Python developer to help us implement new features and to maintain the current code base.

We need an experienced, seasoned developer who shares our passion and is willing and able to commit. Entrepreneurial, creative mindsets are encouraged!

Note: At present, this is an equity-only position for those looking to be a co-founder. A good portion of equity is available to the right candidate.

  • Telecommuting is OK
  • No Agencies Please
  • Python AND Django—5 years minimum
  • Bootstrap—3 years
  • A reliable, fast internet connection
  • Must be based in one of these North American/South American time zones: ET, CT, MT or PT.
  • Ability to do Mountain Time Zone daily scrum calls with team

Your African Safari is a leading safari research and planning website. We’ve worked with some of the most prominent names in the safari industry to highlight their conservation efforts and have bigger plans for 2021 and beyond.

Our passion is African wildlife and nature, our mission is preserving and enhancing. We do this in several ways: we only allow ethical tours on our site, we don't allow hunting safaris, we work with as many non-profits as possible to help give visibility to their cause.
