As the platform expands we are growing the team here in Wroclaw with three Python developers (all levels), working in partnership with the existent one based in London.

Wanna help us build something great together? Job requirements



  • At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, preferably with Python/Django and Javascript frameworks (ideally vue.JS, React or Angular)

  • Experience working with cloud environments, ideally on AWS, with exposure to serverless/event-driven architectures

  • Experience coaching/mentoring engineers, including promoting best engineering practices such as automated testing, documentation, coding standards and code reviewing and providing technical feedback

  • Good understanding of software design principles and development life cycle

  • Very good communication skills in English - you're gonna need to use it on a daily basis



 Responsibilities



  • Plan, manage and deliver product feature requests in a timely manner

  • Mentoring junior developers and promoting software development best practices

  • Perform code review, testing, and approval

  • Act as a Team Leader within a team - we will help you to get there

  • Contribute to building sustainable and scalable hardware and software architecture

  • Collaborate with the team to build a world-class platform
